Disabled workers paid just pennies an hour – and it's legal
Tue Jun 25, 2013
This article puts an awful spin on the provision. The entire program is simply meant to get disabled people out of the house doing almost volunteer like work and give them a little extra money. There's nothing stopping them from working anywhere else.
